London Paramount public consultation at Bluewater shopping centre

 

The Thames Estuary Partnership and Farrells Architects invite you to join us for a breakfast event showcasing the exciting developments taking place on the lower Thames. 

 

This is the ideal opportunity to hear a number of speakers present their proposed developments for an audience of Thames professionals, giving an insight into significant changes that will improve the economic, social and environmental status of the current Estuary.

08:55    Castle Green, Barking | Geoff Baker (ASF Group)

            – A proposal to divert 1.3km of one of the busiest roads connecting Essex to Central London into a tunnel, creating 15,000 new homes and                8,000 new jobs

09:05    Royal Docks Re-development | John Miu (ABP London) & Liam McKay (London City Airport)

            – This area will become London’s third business district with 20,000 new jobs at Royal Albert Dock and the expansion of City Airport

09:15    Swanscombe Development | Kevin Doyle (London Resort Company Holdings)

            – Paramount Studios plans to build a new leisure destination catering for over 15 million visitors a year providing 27,000 new jobs

09:25    Tilbury | Stuart Wallace (Forth Ports)

            – Plans for the development of a new terminal, Tilbury2.
