TEP Fisheries Forum brings together water companies, local authorities, researchers and local fishermen to:
- ensure that high quality fish in the Thames estuary are protected and can flourish
- work towards protection of fish threatened by chemical, bacterial and viral contamination, by continuing to improve water quality
- encourage collaboration and co-operation, facilitating the resolution of potential conflicts and offering opportunities for solutions
- agree common research needs and methodologies, and encourage, where possible, the sharing of relevant data.
If you would like to get involved please contact Programme Manager Amy Pryor on a.pryor@ucl.ac.uk
